Shipping

We offer a standard shipping fee of $10 within Australia and an express shipping charge of $15. Orders over $150 we offer free standard Shipping within Australia.

Do you ship to New Zealand? Yes! We ship to New Zealand with the following options:

Standard Shipping — NZD $25 (estimated 5–10 business days)
Express Shipping — NZD $37 (estimated 3–5 business days)

If you would like to place an international order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Exchange

Cotton Blossom will exchange unworn or undamaged items bought online within 14 days of purchase providing the product is returned in its original condition, including packaging and swing tags.

Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice and are to be returned to Cotton Blossom at the buyers own cost. Refunds are not given unless the item is shown to be faulty.

Please email caroline@cottonblossom.com.au to inform us of the reason for the return and we will be happy to help you.

Ensure that both your address and Cotton Blossom's address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. Ensure that you have a tracking number so we can keep track of it.

Cotton Blossom is happy to send you your replacement item at our cost.

When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Cotton Blossom will arrange return postage on your behalf or refund postage costs at our discretion.

Please allow a 14 day turnaround for exchanges on incorrect choice

We will not exchange goods that have been incorrectly washed or mistreated so please follow care instructions.

Being a small business we are always keen for our customers to be happy with their purchase and can provide credit notes for another purchase. Please know that we are here to help at anytime and should there be extenuating circumstances we can offer refunds.

Fabric weight guide

Cotton voile - Very soft and lightweight. Fine weave with beautiful drape and the perfect weight for summer. The most sheer cotton and semi transparent. For longevity best washed on a gentle cycle, in a washbag or by hand.

Cotton cambric - A slightly tighter weave with a higher thread count whilst remaining soft, fine and lightweight. It's porous weave promotes airflow, wicks moisture and prevents overheating. Perfect for summer. A slightly more structured drape and more robust when washing.

Cotton poplin - medium weight, tightly woven cotton known for it's smooth texture, crisp finish and breathability. Very durable in the wash and often used for summer shirts and dresses, but not as often used in sleepwear.

Brushed cotton twill - A durable and warm diagonal weave fabric with an incredibly soft, fuzzy feel. A midweighted fabric with cozy insulation whilst remaining breathable in bed. Previously known as winceyette this fabric is a perfect weight for winter nights without the bulk and stiffness of flannelette. Very durable in the wash.

These are the standard CHEST measurements of our nighties Please note these measurements are a guide and will always vary slightly. These are GARMENT chest measurements. Once you have your chest measurements then choose your size from there depending on how much room you like. It should always be at least one size up or even more if you like lots of room in your sleepwear.
